We had a fun and busy Memorial Day weekend. We got to break in Gigi and Pepaw's pool and spend time with loved ones (including Drew, who was in town!), eat some good food, and enjoy the nice weather.
The kids play around the house, as usual. I took Avery to the library to sign her up for the summer reading program. She thought that was pretty neat.
We swam and played in the pool until late Saturday afternoon, then Avery and Ben went to their retreat (Mimi's house). We enjoyed the rest of the evening without the kiddos and got up the next day and headed to the lake with some friends. It was nice to get up Monday and go to the pool instead of work. Can't beat that!
