29 Weeks

Butternut Squash

Other comparisons:
Acorn squash
Cabbage

How big is your baby this week? He weighs nearly three pounds now and measures about 17 inches. Though he's getting pretty close to his birth length, he still has to chub out a bit. In fact, over the next 11 weeks, he'll more than double — or even come close to tripling — his weight. And as he grows and the room in your womb gets tighter, you'll be less likely to feel those big kicks and more likely to get poked by an elbow or jabbed by a knee.

Doctor appointment this morning.  Everything is fine.  I scheduled his birthday: July 13th!

I am up 1.5 pounds in three weeks.  And I even had a smoothie before I weighed in.  Not bad if you ask me.

I'm looking at you, lady in the break room, who said I was getting "plumper every day."<------NOT OK, BY THE WAY.  Any comments regarding my weight, rude or otherwise, can really be kept to oneself.

I will have appointments every two weeks for the next six weeks.

I sort of want to whine how not fun all this moving business is at 7 months pregnant but I won't.  This is what we wanted and we will have a nice house with room for our new addition to show for it.

Next week's 30 week post should be coming to you from our new home...

I moved when I was 38 weeks pregnant. It's fun to not lift anything and just point where things go! Much easier than moving when not pregnant. :)
